Yes. We exclusively use 100% natural, earth-mined diamonds. Each stone is selected for its exceptional fire and brilliance. We do not use lab-grown diamonds or stimulants.
Why do you set diamonds in 925 Sterling Silver?
We believe in "Daily Luxury." High-grade sterling silver offers a living, soulful canvas that complements the eternal nature of diamonds. To ensure lasting radiance, all our silver is plated with a thick layer of Rhodium (part of the Platinum family) to prevent tarnishing and provide a high-shine finish.
Do the diamonds come with certification?
Every AETERNA LUMEN piece featuring a diamond over 0.5ct is accompanied by an official GIA or CGC certificate, ensuring full transparency regarding its cut, color, clarity, and carat weight.

Which countries do you ship to?
We currently provide specialized, insured shipping to the United States, Germany, and Japan.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times are: USA (5–8 days), Germany (7–10 days), and Japan (4–7 days) via FedEx or DHL Express.
Is my package insured during transit?
Yes. Every shipment is fully insured from our atelier to your doorstep. For security purposes, a direct signature is required upon delivery for all orders.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for the USA and Japan, and a 14-day statutory withdrawal period for Germany. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and certificates intact.
How do I handle a return for the VIP Invitation ($199.99) orders?
Due to the strategic nature of our VIP promotional events, these orders are eligible for exchange or store credit only, unless the item arrives defective.
